I'm Board Certified in Family Medicine, and treat the full spectrum of patients  needing health care, including folks needing care for:

2.  You're going to be able to spend quality time with me so that you can be sure that all of your health needs are being addressed.

3.  You're going to receive effectively - designed, and personalized - care, that will help you on your journey to full and complete health.

The Patient Registration form includes your medical history and will save us a lot of time in developing your medical record on the day of your visit, so I encourage you to fill this out before you come in.

The office is located on the ground floor in the Russell Avenue, professional office park in Gaithersburg.  Appointments are individually scheduled with plenty of time to address all of your needs, there is never a long wait, and there are several layers of security to protect your complete confidentiality.
